We are a chartered architectural practice providing a complete service to our clients with a personal touch.

We are a multi-disciplinary practice, assisting a wide array of clients in their construction projects. Our services include architectural design, project management, contract administration and general construction consultant.

Established in 2018, KW Architectural strive to provide bespoke, forward-thinking ideas for a variety of projects, including: new build high-end houses, sites with multiple dwellings, renovations, additions and adaptations to existing homes. We also assist clients on commercial projects, such as warehousing, retail, education and events spaces.

We are experienced in coordinating projects through all stages of construction, from initial feasibility studies through to detailed construction information, on projects of all shapes and sizes. Using our highly respected and experienced contacts (such as ecologists, aboriculturists, surveyors, landscape architects, transport consultants and many more), we can offer a simple, informative, one-stop service to our clients.

History

KW Architectural is the brainchild of Luke Kenton-Woods (MCIAT, BSc Hons), an esteemed chartered architectural technologist in the local area. He has a proven track record in multiple sectors, including residential, commercial, retail and warehousing. Luke has experienced working with a variety of clients, including property developers, pension funds, asset managers, private individuals, charities and retailers.

KW Architectural was born when Luke noticed a gap in the market for good, high quality and attention to detail architectural design with a personal service to clients in and around the Oxfordshire area (which has since expanded to neighbouring counties). It was apparent that while most small-scale clients would repeatedly use the same architect, they were not always happy with the service they received. KW Architectural strived to ensure that clients expectations are exceeded, and without the excessive price-tag often associated with a premium service.

Working alongside his trusted colleagues and consultants, Luke ensures that client satisfaction is at the forefront of every project, no matter the size.
